What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific device-related information on users’ access devices (PCs, smartphones, etc.). They serve the user-friendliness of websites (e.g. saving of login data), on the other hand they are also used for recording statistical data of the website usage and to analyse this data for improving the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers offer an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, we would like to point out that the use and in particular the comfort of use are limited without cookies. Many corporate online advertising cookies can be managed through the US-American site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU-site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/at/praferenzmanagement/.

The cookie information is not intended to identify you personally and the collected data on your browsing behaviour will not be disclosed. The cookies are not used for purposes other than those outlined here.

Control over cookies

You can control and/or delete cookies at will. You can delete all cookies stored on your computer and set most browsers to block cookies. In the latter case, however, you may need to manually make some settings each time you visit a page and accept an impaired functioning of some features.
