UNISTRAP

Since 1982, Unistrap GmbH, as a cooperation partner for Starlinger, has stood for quality in the field of machine assembly and plastics processing.

Quality management system

To ensure customer requirements are met and our products are continuously improved, we work with a QM system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

This QM system, which is tailored to our production, allows us to monitor all quality-related company processes in a targeted manner.

The monitoring of quality-related processes serves to ensure long-term partnerships with customers and employees.

Sustainability

In order to reduce our ecological footprint, we ensure that our processes are energy-efficient and resource-saving.

Our pipe renovation products reduce CO2 emissions and the loss of drinking water and gas.

We use renewable raw materials from the local area to heat our facilities. This avoids long transport routes and protects the environment.

In order to ensure energy consumption without fossil fuels as far as possible, a 200 kWp photovoltaic system was installed in 2021. This investment saves 85,000 kg of CO2 annually.

Our vision is to contribute to a future worth living for our customers, our employees and future generations.
