Seamless circular woven fabric<\/a><\/h2>

We have over 30 years of experience in manufacturing seamless circular fabrics from polyester yarn. On Starlinger circular weaving machines, we produce circular fabrics with diameters ranging from 20 to 1400 mm.

For special requirements, we are able to use various plastics, including high-strength aramid.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Coated circular woven fabric<\/a><\/h2>

The seamless circular fabric can be coated with plastic in a subsequent process. \nOur systems are designed for diameters ranging from 50 to 1200 mm.

Thermoplastic elastomers such as polyurethane can be used as coating materials.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Wheels, rolls & rollers<\/a><\/h2>

We offer high-quality wheels, rolls and rollers for mechanical engineering.\nThe running surface is made of highly durable polyurethane.\nHardness grades between Shore A 50 and Shore D 50 are available.
\nWe are specialised in a diameter range of 30\u201360 mm.
Other diameters are available upon request.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Thermal cleaning<\/a><\/h2>

Complex tools, machine parts and components in the plastics processing industry must be cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure high production quality.

Mechanical cleaning is time-consuming and also reduces surface quality.

When tools and machine parts are removed from the production process for maintenance purposes, the adhering plastic and any plastic remaining inside cools and hardens. This is where thermal cleaning comes in, in which the plastics (polymers\/organic materials) are first decomposed into gases and carbon at temperatures of approx. 430 \u00b0C and above. The carbon remaining from this pyrolysis process is then completely removed in a thermal oxidation phase. This unique, material- and tool-specific combination of targeted pyrolysis and thermal oxidation takes place in special furnace systems.

We can clean parts up to a size of 1650x1500x2400mm and a weight of 2500kg.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
